Croissants: Laminated dough and it’s many pastry uses.

This hands-on class will cover multiple types of pastry (including croissants) made from laminated* dough.
*many thin layers of dough separated by butter, produced by repeated folding and rolling.
-Will there be food?
Yes- we will be eating dinner. Drinks will also be provided- it’s more fun to cook with a glass of wine!
-What should I bring/wear?
This is a hands on class. Please wear comfortable shoes, and clothes that you can cook in (and get flour on!).
We will provide aprons to wear, and any tools you need in class.
-How many students will be in my class?
We will have up to 16 students in this group.
-Is this class a demo or hands on?
This is a hands on cooking class.
This is class is aimed at adults, but children between 12-17 are welcome with an adult.

-Where can I park?
There is street parking available, or you can park in our lot, next to Plan B.
-Transferring tickets or refunds?
-If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. You don’t need to let us know, just have your friend tell us who gave them their spot when they arrive.
If you need to cancel and get a refund, this can be done by calling the bakery at 608-442-8009.
We cannot grant refunds if the class is within 7 days.
