Brunch! Make it yourself- from poached eggs to mimosas:

Date and Time: Sunday March 26th, 4-7pm

Tickets: $60.00

Instructor: Molly Maciejewski (Madison Sourdough Executive Chef & General Manager)

This hands-on class will cover poaching eggs, easy hollandaise sauce, potato pancakes, honey-mint fruit salad, and mimosas. After learning the basics, we will learn to assemble eggs benedict.

 

FAQ’s

-Will there be food?

Yes! We will be having brunch for dinner. Drinks will also be provided- it’s more fun to cook with a glass of wine!

-What should I bring/wear?

This is a hands on class. Please wear comfortable shoes, and clothes that you are comfortable cooking in.

We will provide aprons to wear, and any tools you need in class.

-How many students will be in my class?

We will have up to 16 students in this group.

-Is this class a demo or hands on?

This is a interactive, hands on cooking class, with demo portions.

-Age limits?

This is class is aimed at adults (18+), but children between 14-17 are welcome with an adult.

-Where can I park?

There is street parking available, or you can park in our lot, next to Plan B.

-Transferring tickets or refunds?

-If you cannot attend, you can transfer your ticket to a friend. You don’t need to let us know, just have your friend tell us who gave them their spot when they arrive.

If you need to cancel and get a refund, this can be done by calling the bakery at 608-442-8009.

We cannot grant refunds if the class is within 7 days.
